Support - Second to None!
NComm doesn't just provide source code. We work with you to insure
your success. Even if we truly believe that what you are seeing
is not an NComm issue, we know that you will suspect it is until
the problem is resolved. We will help you find the root cause no
matter what it is.
Typically, we will turn around issues in a matter of hours. If
we can't immediately see what is causing your problem, we will
set up hardware containing the specific framer you are using and
try to duplicate your issue in our labs. Should NComm software
be at fault, we will issue you an immediate patch and then roll
the fix in our next release.
Having said that, fewer than 20 bugs have been found by our users
across all our packages over the last 5+ years. The main reason
is that we have a "zero bug" policy for our releases. NComm does
not have an errata because we have no outstanding bugs when we
ship you our code. None.
All of our software offerings include a day of
training and at least 60 days of phone/email support. Additional
support can be obtained at very reasonable rates.
