| Our motherboard, the Salem II, runs on the standard Motorola 860 microprocessor and can accommodate up to four NComm TMS™ Telecom Interface Modules (TIMs) across. Our Quad Line Interface Unit TIM can be stacked to provide a full M13 multiplex in just one TIM slot. Our next generation motherboard, the Derry, runs on the Motorola 8260 PowerQUICC II™ microprocessor. With increased microprocessor power, the Derry accommodates the same TIMs as the Salem II. Contact us for availability details. Whether you choose to use the Salem II or Derry platforms, our Telecom Interface Modules include a wide variety of industry standard framers incorporating technology from industry leaders such as Dallas Semiconductors, Infineon Technologies , and others. The following is a list of our telecom interface modules, please call for availability. If we do not currently have the TIM you're looking for, please contact us; when purchasing NComm TMS™ software, we will custom design a device driver module & TIM for any industry standard framer we don't already have, without charging you the non-recurring engineering fees. |
